KIMLAN SOY SAUCE
As the flavor of a fine wine takes time to develop, the exquisite
taste of authentic KIMLAN soy sauce
cannot be hurried. Unlike the shore cut methods used to produce
brewed, or imitations, real sauce begins by combining soy beans,
roasted wheat, salt and water. The mix is then subjected to a
lengthy and natural fermentation process. KIMLAN,
using a six to ten month fermentation process, results in a mellow
flavor and a less salty taste. KIMLAN
makes an excellent marinade or cooking sauce.
PONLAI
SOY SAUCE
PONLAI soy
sauce is produced with the same lengthy process as it premium
counterpart. Developed the authentic way, with KIMLAN
qualities, but with a flavor similar to the leading Japanese
soy sauces. PONLAI is a excellent alternative to higher priced
Japanese soy sauce.
