KIMLAN SOY SAUCE
As the favor of a fine wine takes time to develop, the exquisite
taste of authentic KIMLAN soy sauce

Unlike the short cat methods used to produce brewed, or imitations,
real soy sauce begins by combining soy sauce beans, roasted wheat,
salt and water. The mix is then subjected to lengthy and natural
fermentation process. KIMLAN, using
a six to ten month fermentation process, results in a mellow flavor
and a less salty taste. KIMLAN makes
an excellent marinade or cooking sauce. As a dip,
KIMLAN brings out, rather than buries, the flavors of food
and does this without MSG.

KIMLAN, using China's favorite premium
soy sauce as the base ingredient, has developed an outstanding
teriyaki sauce. KIMLAN uniquely blends
brown sugar, and other natural spices with its naturally fermented
soy sauce to produce this sauce. With its sweeter, less salty
taste, the true flavors of the food are exposed, not covered up.
