In this new
economy, consumers are inundated with marketing messages. Our
clients are faced with the challenge of communicating to their
customers at break neck speed. In order to cut through the clutter
and reach a large audience, their marketing materials must be
both visually distinctive and economical.
To this end,
we recognize that innovative thinking, advanced technology and
state of the art equipment are vital in order to produce graphic
communication materials in a way that is better, smarter and faster
than the competition. As a privately owned company, we have the
agility to set trends rather than follow them.
Our Creo Trendsetter
Spectrums represent the absolute latest in direct-to-plate technology.
Going direct-to-plate eliminates registration issues and reduces
plate remake turnaround to a matter of minutes. Direct-to-plate
technology provides us with accurate dot gain control and precise
dot percentage control.
Our 6-color
sheetfed press has U.V. co-cure drying that allows us to provide
in-line spot U.V. coating.
Our 8-color
sheetfed presses also have U.V. capabilities and allow printing
on a variety of materials as well as paper. Plastic, mylar an
uncoated papers print beautifully with U.V. inks. These new Heidelberg
presses print at incredible speeds (12,000/hr) and handle heavier
stocks (up to 24 point) extremely well. (2nd 8-color installation
scheduled for October 2000.)
Our 12-color
Heidelberg perfecting press is the only press of its kind in the
United States and will allow us to deliver sheetfed quality work
that is competitive with half web speeds and prices. (Installation
scheduled for July 2001.)
Our two new
Sunday 2000 web presses are also uniquely configured. All new
Heidelberg presses are controlled by the new "2000 console" computer
touchscreen technology.
Our first
Sunday 2000 web will be a single web design. This press runs at
speeds formerly unheard of in commercial printing: up to 2,400
feet per minute. With gapless technology and faster make-ready
times, these presses are sure to get the attention of our clients
and competitors alike. Double former folders, combination folder,
U.V. coaters and other accessories make this press extremely flexible
and efficient. (Installation scheduled to begin September 15,
2000, to be in production by December 15, 2000.)
Our second
web, another Sunday 2000, will also be an 8-unit press. All of
this with the same gapless blanket technology—saving paper, time
and money. (Installation scheduled to begin November 15, 2000,
to be in production by February 15, 2001.)
Our goal is
to provide our clients with the highest level of service, information
and satisfaction. Our commitment to raising the bar, combined
with the newest technology from Heidelberg, makes the rebirth
of graphic press an exciting venture.
