Shipping
Times - When to expect your order:
Your order from Mercy Religious may consist of items that we have
in current inventory and items that must be obtained from the publisher/manufacturer
before shipping to your address. If all items you order are in current
inventory, Mercy Religious will ship them within 48 hours ... you
should receive your order 2-3 days later.
If your order contains items that are special order, it may take
as long as two weeks to obtain the products you have ordered. Your
entire order will ship when all items have been received and you
should receive it 2-3 days later, unless you accept backorders.
Shipping times on international orders vary by country.

U.S. Shipping and Handling:
U.S. orders are generally shipped using UPS or Fedex Ground Services.
U.S. Shipping and Handling charges are indicated in the freight
line on your invoice and are based on the weight of the products
you have ordered.
Selecting Products to put into Your Shopping
Cart:
Find the item(s) you want to purchase by browsing through the products
section. Click on the item name to see its details or add it to
your cart directly from the list of products in the category you
are browsing by clicking the "Add to Basket" button.
The items you have chosen appear in your Shopping Basket. To change
quantities, just change the number in the quantity field to the
number you'd like. To remove an item from your Shopping Basket,
click the "Remove" box to the right side of the amount. To continue
shopping or browsing, click on the "Return to Products" button.
"Checking Out" -- Ordering the Products You've
Selected:
Click on the picture of the View Basket Button at the top of any
page to reach your "Shopping Basket." On the Shopping Basket page,
click the "Order Now" button. At the order form, fill in all your
information, such as billing address and ship-to address, then click
the "Yes, Send My Order" button. Tip: If you don't have an e-mail
address, type [email protected]
in the e-mail field.
You'll now see a form asking you to choose Payment Method, and to
enter a message to us if you have one (e.g., "leave behind screen
door," "wait until backordered item is received," "leave with neighbor").
You can choose several ways to pay for your order. The most common,
and the easiest is to use Mastercard, VISA or Discover. For questions
about credit card security, see Ordering Security.
You may also choose to fax your order. If you select FAX ORDER IN,
you may fax or mail the order with credit card information on it.
If the order does not have the credit card information when it is
mailed or faxed to us, we will not process the order until we receive
your check for payment and the check has cleared (assume about 7-8
business days).
Choose "Call Me" if you want us to give you a call to obtain your
credit card information. Please allow at least one day for us to
call you.
After you choose a Payment Method and Shipping Method click the
"Continue" button. You'll now see the total shipping and handling
costs calculated. If you chose to pay by a credit card at the last
page you'll now be asked for the credit card number and expiration
date. Once again, ordering with us by credit card is completely
secure ... see Ordering Security.
After you enter your credit card information click the "Continue"
button. You'll now see your complete order. An easy way to keep
track of your order is to print it directly from the browser.
A few minutes after concluding your order you will receive a confirmation
e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail then we have
not received your order or you entered in your e-mail incorrectly
(or you input "[email protected]"). Unless
you have no e-mail address or your server is down, you will probably
need to place your order again.
Ordering Security
We guarantee that every transaction you make at Mercy Religious
will be 100% safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry
standard and among the best and newest software available for secure
commerce transactions. Designed with the support of VeriSign; the
leading provider of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and digital
certificate solutions used by enterprises, Web sites, and consumers
to conduct secure communications and transactions over the Internet
and private networks.
We encrypt all of your personal information
including credit card number, name, and address, so that
it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
The encryption is so strong that one estimate is that it would take
a military supercomputer one year to crack the encryption. That's
why the software used for the encryption may not be exported to
certain countries deemed to be national security risks by the U.S.
State Department.
In fact, entering your credit card number on our site is safer than
using it at a retail store or restaurant, where a clerk has the
opportunity to copy down your card number and expiration date! For
an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers are processed
on a computer that is not connected to the
Internet.

Damaged Products:
If a product arrives in a damaged condition, please accept our apologies.
We use every effort to ensure that products are packaged properly
for shipping. Sometimes, however, either we fail to protect the
products adequately, or the carrier inadvertently damages the shipment.
If one of the items you ordered was damaged in shipping to the address
you specified in your order, we will gladly replace it with the
same product at no cost to you. To arrange for a replacement, please
e-mail us at returns@Mercy Religious
to obtain a return authorization number. Indicate in your e-mail
that the product was damaged, and indicate the order number from
your invoice. We will then issue a Call-Tag to have UPS or Fedex
pick up the damaged product. |

Canceling an Order:
We contact our suppliers to ship the products you order very soon
after the order is placed. If you would like to cancel an order,
in whole or in part, please call us immediately at (877) 646-3729
or e-mail us at [email protected].
If you call before 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (US) on the day
you place your order, we can usually accommodate your request. If
you call after that time, it may be difficult to interrupt the normal
shipping process, in which case please see returns policy.
